Phillips is also leading the company's pilot Bring Your Own Device program in which they will give employees an allowance to buy a phone, email service, data and voice plan. They manage each device using Good Technology software.

Deployed Microsoft Virtual Server 2005. Dimitri Mundarain, Manager, Data Center Operations oversaw the project. He also replaced Citrix's SAP global services with a fully redundant HP SuperDome complex, partitioned with HPUX for the back end, and 64-bit Windows OS serving the application thru a Citrix Presentation Server farm front end. In addition, Mundarain oversaw a full data center relocation to a Tier-1 Network Access Point.
